CURRENT UPDATE: This is subject to change. With the current status regarding US tariff charges to small parcels we are NOT shipping to the United States.
Packages sent to the USA may result in tariff charges as high as or equal to the cost of the order when crossing the boarder.
If this is a risk and a charge you would like to take on regarding duties / customs / tariff fees please email us. We are happy to send out orders, as long as you the customer are comfortable knowing there will be large additional costs to you, that we the business have no control of.
We ship throughout Canada and the United States.
The shipping carrier we use is Canada Post or UPS.
Shipping times will vary based on your location.
Processing times are 1-5 business days.
International Orders, may be subject to custom charges. It is the customers responsibility to pay all customs and duties due on packages. Please be aware of your regions guidelines around this.
Some international orders do not qualify for tracked shipping.
We do not take responsibility for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Once shipped it on the shipping carrier (Canada Post or UPS) to dispute any issues with shipments, deliveries, or other shipping problems. Please contact them.
