All sales are final.
Returns and refunds are not accepted at this time. Returns or refunds based on sizing, style, fit, and other are not accepted.
If there is a dramatic or large issue in the apparel that was not noted in the listing or photos, that effects wear, or design please reach out. If we missed noting it or photographing it, we may consider a refund or partial refund in some cases.

Contact the shipping carrier used for any issues regarding shipping, lost or stolen packages, delivery problems, or damage done during shipping.
Disclaimer: The apparel is used / secondhand and will have some small wear, pinholes, tugs, stains, or other minor issues. All large design flaws or wear will be noted in the photos or the description.

We ship throughout Canada and the United States.
The shipping carrier we use is Canada Post.
Shipping times will vary based on your location.
Processing times are 1-5 business days.
International Orders, may be subject to custom charges. It is the customers responsibility to pay all customs and duties due on packages. Please be aware of your regions guidelines around this.
Some international orders do not qualify for tracked shipping.
We do not take responsibility for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Once shipped it on the shipping carrier (Canada Post) to dispute any issues with shipments, deliveries, or other shipping problems. Please contact them.

Gift Card Policy
A gift card purchase can not be canceled or refund. Gift cards are final sale.

We will not send any marketing to your phone via SMS. We only send promotional, or marketing content to email at this time.
If you wish to stop, you can unsubscribe at the bottom of any promotional email or contact us directly to be removed from the list. If an email(s) was scheduled before your request, you may receive that email(s). All future correspondence after the subscription should stop within a reasonable period of time.
