The Boyfriends Closet does not accept returns or offer refunds at this time.
If the team determines you require compensation, it will be offered in store credit. This credit will be a percentage of the item in question. The percentage from 10%-100% will be determined by various credentials. If our team determines store credit should be given, you will be emailed a special code that can be used on any item on the site, on a single order.

If you have a problem with a product or an order, please email our team. We will get back to you within 1-4 days. Please make sure to include your name, your order number, photos of the discrepancy, and a description of the problem.

Store credit will not be offered under any circumstances if: the customer changes their mind about a product, or no longer wants it. We also do not offer compensation for delivery issues, shipping errors from the carrier, damages by the shipping carrier, or packages being lost in transit.
